Our Fundamentals class focuses on postures, offensive and defensive positions and techniques. There is also a continual aspect of physical and mental conditioning. This adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is suitable for beginners but recommended for all belt levels.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Gi Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of Jiu Jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern Jiu Jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match.
PROGRAM GOALS:
Improve student’s overall Jiu Jitsu knowledge
Delve into more advanced and modern Ju Jitsu techniques
Build a more complete game

Adult NoGi Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The No-Gi Program is offered in both fundamental and advanced classes. Students will have the opportunity to learn the same modern Jiu Jitsu being taught in Gi classes, but learn how to adapt them to No-Gi situations. Students must wear the Allegiance No-Gi uniform to participate in these classes.
